Well tomorrow is our Winter escape trip. We will be leaving the church at 7am on the dot. Please be at the church around 6:30am. You can bring what you need for this trip, here are some facts about the trip

Friday:

3:00 Check in at Hotel (Comfort Suites)
4:30 Practice Rooms Open
6:00 Check In
7:00 Convention service with worship and message
9:00 Youth Pastor Freak Show
11:00 Light Out
Saturday:
7:00 Breakfast at Hotel
8:00 Arrive at Sioux Falls First
8:15 FAF Orientation
9:00 Events Begin

Saturday Afternoon:
1:00 Celebration Service
2:15 Closing service with worship and message by Chet Caudill
5:00 Dinner (HuHot)
Movie
12:00 Lights Out

Sunday:
8:00 Breakfast at Hotel
9:30 Arrive at Mall
12:00 Lunch in Food Court
1:30 Depart for Home
7:00 Arrive at Home

Winter Escape/Fine Arts Registration Deadline

Hey Everyone just wanted to remind you that the winter escape registration deadline is getting closer. It took me a couple of days to replace the registration form so we are extending the deadline. It was February 1st, and will be moved to February 3rd. That will give everyone until this coming Wednesday night. Below I have enclosed the registration form in both Word and PDF formats. You can open and fill it out and email it back to me if printing is a problem. If you choose to email it back to me you will need to sign it before your child can leave, and you deposit will need to be turned in by February 3, 2010. $50 dollars is due with the registration form, will the other $75 dollars is due prior to us leaving for the trip.

Winter Escape/Fine Arts is Coming

We are heading to Winter Escape/Fine Arts this winter for our get away. It will be February 12-14, 2010. This trip will be for all students and they will be able to do Fine Arts, Skiing, Shopping, and much more. We will hear from Chet Caudill.

The cost is still working itself out but I plan on sending it out by the end of the week. You can also check the website for updates this week. I hope your students are ready for a great weekend that they will remember for the rest of their lives.
