Becoming a Leader
Being a leader at Echo Student Ministries is an incredible oppurtunity to serve God and connect with youth. It doesn’t matter what your gift, we need you at Echo. It’s a place to both serve and grow spiritually. If you’re interested in becoming a leader read through the requirements of a leader and the steps to take. We can’t wait to join with you and see God change students lives.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF A LEADER
- Attend Echo Student Ministries each week (BE ON TIME)
- Attend Wednesday night prayer
- Attend meetings for your area
- Participate at your assigned time in your area of ministry
- Uphold the Echo Leadership Standards
- Minister in or attend bi-weekly Small Groups on Sunday nights
- Fill out weekly review form (Depending on Job)
STEPS FOR BECOMING A LEADER
- Pray and seek God’s will throughout entire process
- Fill out Echo Adult Leader Application
- Interview with Pastor Patrick
- Follow Up meeting with Leader
- Complete background check
- Ministry Team Placement
